Horticulture
 - Organizes educational programs on horticulture.
 - Organizes garden & horticulture tours.
 - Plans the Club's plant sale.

Civic Outreach
- Organizes programs on civic outreach and service (e.g., youth gardening, public garden projects).
- Oversight of the Paper Valley Garden Club Scholarship.

Floral Design
- Organizes programs on flower arranging and horticultural displays.
- Plans the Club's flower show/horticulture exhibits.

Executive
- Members are Club's Officers and Committee Chairs.
- Oversight for the Club's general operations and preparing an annual budget.
