The four committees:
* Executive: consists of officers and committee chairpersons who attend monthly meetings to discuss the direction and finances of the club;

* Floral Design: organizes programs on topics about flower arranging, workshops, and coordinates the Flower Show/Horticulture exhibit;

* Horticulture: organizes programs on topics in horticulture, organize garden/horticulture tours, plan/organize plant sales;

* Civic/Outreach: organizes programs on civic outreach and service, plan/coordinate outreach programs, youth gardening, library displays, Fox Valley Technical College scholarship
